WikiWire v0.4.0 released

WikiWire v0.4.0 includes some features that should've been around from the beginning. This is mainly a feature release (no fixes or performance improvements), and it includes:

• Support for content in the MediaWiki: namespace
• Support for labels:
• And a common/ folder, which is essentially just shared/ but you have to opt in. A bit of a preemptive move for custom site group folders that I want to release later with WikiWire 0.5.0 or 0.6.0.
